Lauretta and I were both born in the small, peaceful village of Vallle dell'Angelo, in the Province of Salerno, Italy. Valle dell'Angelo is located in the Campagnia region of Southern Italy and nestled among the mountains of the Cilento National Park.
In our home there was always an abundance of fresh produce, some of the best extra virgin olive oil available, as well as locally made fresh cheeses and meats. It was there that our tradition of using only the freshest ingredients for our wholesome Italian dishes began.
We believe great cooking begins with great quality ingredients and thus strive to bring the true essence of flavours together in a very simple yet uniquely Italian way.
